Katrina-Vicky wedding: Couple to stay in royal suites worth Rs 7 lakh per night; know what’s so special about it
Mumbai: Bollywood celebrities Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s marriage rumours have been doing rounds for a long time now. Even though the couple has not shared the news publicly, sources have confirmed that they are gearing up for a December wedding. Earlier, the reports claimed that Six Senses Fort Barwara, of Sawai Madhopur, in Rajasthan has been booked as their wedding venue. Now yet another news regarding it has surfaced, according to which, the couple has booked luxurious royal suites for their D-Day.
According to the local Jaipur news outlets, while groom Vicky Kaushal will stay in Mansingh Suite, the bride-to-be Katrina will spend her pre-wedding nights in Rani Rajkumari suite. The cost of the suites are believed be of a whopping amount of Rs. 7 lakh per night.
The suites have been booked for the couple for December 6 to 11 reportedly. Although both the star’s families are expected to reach Jaipur by December 6, sources claim that the sangeet ceremony will take place on the next day. Followed by it, Mehendi ceremony will be celebrated on December 8 and wedding on December 9 according to Hindu rituals.
The reasons for the suites to be so costly are the fascilities that comes with. A private garden and a swimming pool with a great view, along with heavy gaurded securities gaurding the premises from intruders are a few of the things that increases the value of the setting. Sources also claim that around 100 bouncers will be on duty during the wedding along with the deployment of officials from the Rajasthan Police.
It is also speculated that Bollywood megastar and Katrina’s ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ co-star, Shah Rukh Khan, is on the gurst list. However, he will only make a quick entry and exit considering the controversy surrounding his son. For those unversed, SRK’s son Aryan Khan spent around 25 days at Arthur Road Jail last month for his involvement in the Mumbai cruise drug case.
Reportedly, several A-listers from the show-biz industry will also to be attending the ceremony. Names like, Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, etc are rumoured to be on the guestlist.
Apart from the celebs, several influential people will also be a part of Vicky-Kat’s big day, including Neeta Ambani. Reportedly, a jungle safari and a trip to the neighbouring Ghariyal park has also been arranged for the guests.
