Katrina Kaif plays cricket on ‘Bharat’ sets; Promotes ‘Gully Boy’ and asks Anushka to refer to Virat for her

Mumbai: Katrina Kaif wielded her bat and played cricket with ‘Bharat’ crew after pack-up. ‘Apna Time Ayega’ from ‘Gully Boy’ can be heard throughout the video. And, Kaif also poked fun at Anushka Sharma by saying “put in a small word for me with the captain of the team” Virat Kohli for the upcoming Men’s Cricket World Cup. And all of this happens in one single video.

Stars are known to engage in fun activities post-pack-up. But the crew of ‘Bharat’ indulged in one of India’s most loved sport-Cricket. In a video posted by Katrina Kaif on her personal Instagram account, she can be seen playing cricket with her fellow crew members. She can be seen undertaking one sweep shot after another and shooting the ball across the field. But as per her post “some room for improvement in my swing, but over all not a bad all rounder.”

Another highlight of the short video was ‘Apna Time Ayega’ from ‘Gully Boy’. The hip-hop number has been attracting a lot of attention since its launch. This major crossover was too much fun for any movie and cricket lover.
