Cole Sprouse shares receiving death threats from fans after split with co-actor Lili Reinhart

In a recent interview, Hollywood actor Cole Sprouse spoke about the backlash from fans of ‘Riverdale’ after he broke up with co-star Lili Reinhart. Sprouse plays the character of ‘Jughead’ in the hit CW series.

Cole shared that fans of his show were invested to such a point that he started receiving death threats following his split with Lili. He also shared that apart from death threats, he also gets nasty and criminal stuff delivered at his house.

This was not the first time when Cole Sprouse opened up about his breakup with co-actor Lili Reinhart. He also went on to reveal that almost all of his exes had cheated on him. He quoted that his breakup with Lili ‘was really hard.’

He agreed to the fact that both of them had done quite a bit of damage to each other. Lili Reinhart essays the character of ‘Betty Cooper’ in the show. It is to be noted that Cole Sprouse is not the only ‘Riverdale’ cast who had experienced nasty behavior from fans.

Actor Casey Cott who portrays the character of ‘Kevin Keller’ in the series shared that at times, fans fail to differentiate between the actors’ actual life and the characters they essay.
