Aryan Khan and other accused to be kept in quarantine cell for 3-5 days in Arthur Jail

Aryan, 23, was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) along with seven others on charges of consumption, sale, and purchase of narcotic drugs, after a rave party was busted aboard a luxury cruise liner.

Today, Aryan’s bail hearing took place at Mumbai court. After the huge court session, hours of argument made by the star kid’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde, in reference to his appeal for an interim bail, the magistrate for now has sent all the accused including SRK’s son to quarantine cell in Arthur Jail.

As no residue of contraband was found on Aryan, nor does his medical reports claimed him to have consumed any drug, the case was speculated to close very soon. Moreover, according to SC, whats app chats are not considered as valuable proofs if doesn’t have anything to support it. Yet, ASG Anil Singh, argued that the WhatsApp chat around the circumstances that has come into light is no co-incidence. “Aryan and Arbaaz assembled at Aryan’s residence, they went into the same car. This cannot be a coincidence. We have arrested organizers, suppliers, Aachit, and now the connection to each other is that they are regular consumers of contraband. This cannot be a coincidence,” says the lawyer.

Many Bollywood celebs have come forward to show their support for the poor-rich child. Amid which late Sushant Singh Rajput’s lawyer Vikash Singh also came out in support of Aryan and said, ‘If there is no recovery, there is no offence’.  The Supreme Court lawyer, who is also the counsel for late Sushant Singh Rajput’s family, said that the NDPS Act is structured around recovery and Aryan Khan’s custody actually depends on what was recovered from him.
