Mumbai: Bollywood actress Ananya Panday was summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) for the third time in four days. However, she has skipped today’s questioning. She has requested the agency for a new date, to which the NCB agreed and is likely to soon fix another day for questioning.
The Student Of The Year 2 actress has denied consuming drugs or providing such substances to Aryan. Ananya was summoned by the NCB on the basis of the two-year-old Whatsapp conversation between the two-star kid.
The 22-year-old actress’s Bandra home was raided by the anti-drugs agency and her phone and laptop were seized. The NCB questioned Ananya for two hours on Saturday and around four hours on Friday.
Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan, is currently serving his time in the Arthur Road jail in connection to the Mumbai cruise drug case. He was arrested on October 3 and has been denied bail thrice on the matter by Mumbai special court.
Apart from the 23-year-old, the agency has so far arrested 19 people in the case. All of them are in Jail along with Aryan.
