Honda City, City hybrid and Amaze getting discounts of up to Rs 73,000 this month

Honda has revealed the discounts and benefits for select models for the month of August. The automobile maker is offering discounts of up to Rs 73,000 on the City, City Hybrid and the Amaze. Interested customers can avail cash discounts, loyalty bonuses, exchange bonuses and corporate discounts.

Honda City discounts and benefits

The Honda City is getting a cash discount of up to Rs 10,000 this month. This is the highest ever discount the City has ever got. The other benefits the model is getting include free accessories up to Rs 10,946, corporate discounts of up to Rs 20,000, an exchange bonus of up to Rs 20,000 for a Honda brand car, and Rs 10,000 for other brand’s vehicles. Honda customers can also get a loyalty bonus worth Rs 5,000. All this added, you can save up to Rs 73,000 on the purchase of the Honda City this August.

The City price starts at Rs 11.57 lakh (ex-showroom). The car is offered with a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine producing 121hp and 145Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed manual/CVT gearbox.

Honda City e:HEV

You can get benefits of up to Rs 40,000 on the purchase of the Honda City e:HEV this month.

The base V trim is being offered with cash discounts of up to Rs 40,000, and there are no offers on the ZX trim. The City hybrid carries over the strengths of the regular City, with the added bonus of the hybrid’s efficiency.

The price of the trim of the Honda City e:HEV starts at Rs 18.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The strong-hybrid version of the regular Honda City comes with the same 1.5-litre petrol engine coupled with two electric motors mated to an e-CVT gearbox. The City hybrid is available in two trims – V and ZX – and can also be driven in full-EV mode.

Honda Amaze
The Honda Amaze is available with of up to Rs 21,000 this August. The car is getting a cash discount of up to Rs 10,000 or opt for free accessories worth up to Rs 12,296. Honda is also offering loyalty rewards of up to Rs 5,000 and corporate discounts up to Rs 6,000.

However, there are no exchange offers on the Amaze this month.

The Elevate cost begins from at Rs 7.05 lakh (ex-showroom). The Amaze is offered with a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder, petrol engine mated to either a 5-speed manual or a CVT gearbox, and produces 90hp and 110Nm of peak torque.
