Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre, Bhubaneswar on Saturday forecast light to moderate thundershower in these districts of Odisha within the next three hours.
There will be light to moderate thundershower with lightning to affect some parts of these districts that is Dhenkanal, Angul,Deogarh, Sundergarh, Sonepur, Boudh, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Bolnagir, Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Jajpur, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Gajapati, Puri, Khordha (including Bhubaneswar city), Nayagarh, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Bhadrak, Balasore, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri and Nabrangpur next three hours.
Thus, people are advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strike.
