COVID19 Death Toll Breaches 3000-Mark In Odisha As 41 More Succumb To The Virus

Bhubaneswar: The COVID19 death toll crossed the 3000-mark in Odisha as 41 more patients succumb to the virus in the last 24 hours. This was informed by the Health and Family Welfare Department of the State Government.

  1. A 95 years old female of Angul district.
  2. A 30 years old male of Balasore district.
  3. A 46 years old male of Baragarh district.
  4. A 45 years old female of Baragarh district.
  5. A 57 years old female of Bhadrak district.
  6. A 47 years old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension.
  7. A 24 years old male of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Hypertension & Hypothyroidism.
  8. A 43 years old female of Bhubaneswar who was also suffering from Bronchial Asthma.
  9. A 34 years old male of Deogarh district.
  10. A 76 years old male of Dhenkanal district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
  11. A 85 years old female of Gajapati district.
  12. A 42 years old male of Jagatsinghpur district.
  13. A 75 years old female of Jajpur district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
  14. A 63 years old male of Jajpur district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Chronic Kidney Disease.
  15. A 42 years old male of Jharsuguda district.
  16. A 54 years old female of Jharsuguda district.
  17. A 57 years old male of Kalahandi district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
  18. A 62 years old male of Khurdha district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
  19. A 65 years old male of Khurdha district who was also suffering from Hypertension.
  20. A 75 years old female of Khurdha district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
  21. A 70 years old male of Keonjhar district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
  22. A 60 years old male of Kendrapara district.
  23. A 53 years old male of Mayurbhanj district.
  24. A 65 years old male of Mayurbhanj district.
  25. A 70 years old male of Nayagarh district who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
  26. A 67 years old male of Puri district.
  27. A 56 years old female of Puri district.
  28. A 92 years old male of Puri district who was also suffering from Supraglottic Laryngeal Carcinoma.
  29. A 65 years old male of Subarnapur district.
  30. A 60 years old female of Subarnapur district.
  31. A 40 years old male of Sambalpur district.

The Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department informed that the State registered 6118 new Covid positive cases in the last 24 hours. This includes 3453 quarantine cases and 2665 local contacts.
