Bhubaneswar: Odisha Finance Minister Sashi Bhusan Behera and Finance Secretary T. K. Pandey will attend the special Goods and Services Taxes (GST) roll out ceremony in Parliament on June 30th midnight.
President Pranab Mukherjee will launch the much-awaited GST in Parliament’s Central Hall on June 30 midnight in the presence of Vice-president Hamid Ansari, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan.
Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and HD Deve Gowda are also slated to share the dais on the occasion.
All Chief Ministers, MPs, Finance Ministers of the states and members of GST Council have been invited to witness the historic moment.
