Donald Trump Jr’s X account gets hacked, hackers falsely announce Trump’s death

The X (formerly Twitter) account of Donald Trump Jr. got hacked on Wednesday. The hackers posted a series of offensive messages from the same.

Washington: In recent news, the X (formerly Twitter) account of Donald Trump Jr. got hacked. He is the son of Former US President Donald Trump. As per reports from reliable sources, the hacked account posted a series of offensive tweets.

One of the tweets included a false message announcing the death of Trump. It read, “I’m sad to announce, my father Donald Trump has passed away. I will be running for president in 2024.” The incident took place on September 20.

Another among the series of tweets targeted Joe Biden. While many netizens were convinced that the account was hacked, a lot of users found the news to be concerning. The posts were removed swiftly.

As per the latest update, the account has been successfully restored.

The incident serves as a reminder of the challengers associated with safeguarding information digitally in today’s time.

Donald Trump Jr. is the son of Trump and his first wife, Ivana Trump.  He has always been an active social media user where he takes to the platforms to share his views and opinions on different matters.
