China: Eastern Airlines Plane Crashes, Details Awaited

In a shocking incident, a passenger aircraft with as many as 133 people on board crashed on Monday afternoon in China.

According to reports, the crash took place in the mountainous terrain in southern China, in the Guangxi region.

Reportedly the said Boeing 737 belonging to China Eastern Airlines. Onlookers said that flames and smoke could be seen rising from a hillside

A rescue team has called upon and is shall reach the crash site as soon as possible said a source. The number deaths and injuries is yet to be ascertained.
