Washington DC: In a recent incident, a US man was taken into custody after he killed his wife during an argument. He allegedly stabbed his wife to death during a fight over pancakes, confirmed reliable sources in this regard.
The accused has been identified as 85-year-old Steven Schwartz. He reportedly killed his 81 year old wife with a carving knife. Reportedly, the body of the woman was found at her home with multiple stab wounds. Further, the accused was found with “self-inflicted injuries.”
Upon interrogation, Steven recounted the dispute that broke out between the duo over pancakes. He revealed that when he denied eating the pancakes, he heard a plate crashing against the kitchen wall. Enraged, he picked a knife and threatened to take his own life.
He confessed to the investigating team that the next memory he remembered was of his wife lying lifeless on the floor. The US man even recalled confessing to his son, about killing his wife.
