Vivo X100 series with MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC coming soon to India
The Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro equipped with Dimensity 9300 and vivo V3 chipset, 8 LTPO display with eye protection will launch in India soon.
Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo has confirmed that its next offering for the Indian market is the Vivo VX100 series. The upcoming series containing Vivo X100, Vivo X100 Pro will be equipped with dual flagship chip Dimensity 9300 and vivo V3 chipset, 8 LTPO display with eye protection, 5400mAh large battery, and ZEISS empowered camera unit.
However, the company has not revealed the exact launch date of the series yet. But, it has been teased to be coming soon. So, we expect it to arrive in January 2024. Both handsets made their maiden debut in China in November and were introduced in the global market last week.
The screen will provide a smooth viewing experience, power consumption control, and upgraded eye protection. Both of them will be India’s first smartphones powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset, which is the same as the Chinese models.
The 5400mAh large battery will support 100W Dual-Cell flash charge that has industry-leading fast charging capabilities, and 50w wireless charging.
Both the devices will excel in the photography category with the Industry’s first ZEISS APO Certified Telephoto Camera, ZEISS Multifocal Portrait, and the ZEISS Camera with the Industry’s Largest Sensor that will have SLR-level Image Stabilization.
The expected specifications and feature for both smartphones include Android 14-based OriginOS 4, 120Hz refresh rate for display, and a 50-megapixel 1-inch-type main camera.
Other information about the devices has not been revealed yet. But, we will know it after it gets launched. Considering the feature lineup of the Chinese models, which we also might see in the Indian variants, the Vivo X100, and Vivo X100 Pro will be premium offerings in the market. The price range of the device will likely be above Rs 50,000.
