OnePlus 9 Pro 5G receives another price cut in India, Know new price and discount details

The OnePlus 9 Pro 5G has received a price cut for the second time followed by the launch of the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G smartphone in India. The OnePlus 9 Pro, was launched as the company’s flagship device last year. The series devices got a price cut soon after the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G in India was announced. This is the second time in a week the phone got price cut.

The OnePlus 10 Pro 5G comes with the Qualcomm processor which is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. In India, the price of the OnePlus 10 Pro starts at Rs 66,999.

OnePlus 9 Pro 5G Price cut

The OnePlus 9 Pro 5G recently got a price cut of Rs 5,000 which brought down its cost to Rs 59,999 for the base 8GB+128GB storage variant and Rs 64,999 for the 12GB+256G model respectively. Now,the device has received another price cut of Rs 5800. With the second price cut, the 8GB variant of the OnePlus 9 Pro is now priced at Rs 54,199 whereas the 12GB variant is priced at Rs 59,199.

Customers will see the new price of the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G on OnePlus’s official website as well as on Amazon. The OnePlus 9 Pro 5G is available in Astral Black, Arctic Sky, and Winter Mist color options.

OnePlus 9 Pro 5G: Specifications

OnePus 9 Pro 5G comes equipped with a 6.7-inch quad HD+ display with a resolution of 3216 X 1440 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass. The smartphone runs OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12.

The OnePlus 9 Pro is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The OnePus 9 Pro 5G draws power from a 4500mAh battery which support 65W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

The device features a quad rear camera set-up including a 48-megapixel primary shooter, another 50-megapixel ultra wide sensor, a 8-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensors. On the front there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video chats.

OnePlus 10 Pro 5G Price and specifications

The OnePlus 10 Pro 5G price in in India is set at Rs 66,999 for the base 8GB RAM +128GB storage option, whereas the 12GB RAM+128GB storage variant carries a price tag of Rs 71,999. The phone will be available for purchase on online stores like Amazon India and the official OnePlus store as well as offline stores at OnePlus Authorised stores from April 5.

The OnePlus 10 Pro features a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass protection. The display supports a 120Hz refresh rate. A powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC processor will be present under the hood. It will be paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

In terms of optics, the device will feature a Hasselblad triple camera setup at the back and a selfie camera at the front. The back camera setup includes a 48-megapixel Sony primary sensor, 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an 8-megapixel macro shooter. At the front, the handset has a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

The device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 80W Supervooc fast charging support. The device can be fully charged in just 32 minutes, claimed OnePlus.

The smartphone offers OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 out of the box instead of Android 12-based ColorOS 12 which was present in the Chinese version. The company offers 3 major Android updates and 4 years of security updates on the device.
