iQOO Neo 9 Pro, and iQOO Neo 9 has been launched in China with 16-megapixel selfie camera, and 5,160mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
iQOO, the sub-brand of vivo group, introduced its latest smartphones iQOO Neo 9 Pro, and iQOO Neo 9 under the iQOO Neo 9 series in China on Wednesday. The price of the iQOO Neo 9 series starts from CNY 2,299, which is around Rs 26,000 in Indian rupees.
The highlights of the iQoo Neo 9 series are 6.78-inch AMOLED panel, Android 14-based OriginOS, a 16-megapixel selfie camera, and 5,160mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
iQOO Neo 9 series Price, sale date
The iQOO Neo 9, and iQOO Neo 9 Pro are currently available for pre-order in three colour options and four RAM and storage configurations in China. The company has revealed that the sale of the devices will commence this month on December 30.
The storage options available are 12GB and 256GB, 16GB and 256GB, 16GB and 512GB, and 16GB and 1TB option. The prices for the storage options of iQOO Neo 9 are as follows: CNY 2,299 (around Rs. 26,900), CNY 2,499 (around Rs. 29,300), and CNY 2,799 (around Rs. 32,800), CNY 3,199 (around Rs. 37,400), respectively.
The prices for the storage options of iQOO Neo 9 are as follows: CNY 2,999 (around Rs. 35,100), CNY 3,299 (around Rs. 38,600), CNY 3,599 (around Rs. 42,100), and CNY 3,999 (around Rs. 46,800), respectively.
iQOO Neo 9 Specifications
As we mentioned above the specifications of both the iQOO Neo 9 series phones are similar except for some differences in processor, rear cameras, and charging capabilities.
First let’s know the similarities, the iQoo Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro both come equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that has a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels and supports up to 144Hz of refresh rate, HDR10+.
The next similar feature of both phones is the 16-megapixel selfie camera that was housed inside the hole-punch slot at the top center of the display.
Both the iQoo Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro pack a 5,160mAh battery that supports 120W wired fast charging.
The iQOO Neo 9 series devices have 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 inbuilt storage.
Both the devices run Android 14-based OriginOS but have different chipsets. The iQoo Neo 9 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset with Immortalis-G720 GPU while the iQoo Neo 9 carries a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with Adreno 740 GPU.
The iQoo Neo 9 is equipped with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 main lens with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide lens. The Neo 9 Pro has the same the 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 primary lens with OIS and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera.
The other features of the phones are dual SIM support, IR blaster, in-display fingerprint sensor, 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC connectivity and OTG.
