Yet another western disturbance expected on February 17 in Odisha

Bhubaneswar: The Regional Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar has predicted yet another western disturbance on February 17, 2022. Sundargarh has recorded the highest rainfall of 10.4 mm.

Reportedly, the state is expected to receive heavy rainfall over the next few days due to the western disturbances. A warning has also been issued by the weather department to six districts in Sonepur, Boudh, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Khordha, and Puri districts.

Besides, Titlagarh has recorded the highest temperature in the month of February at a maximum of 32.4 degrees Celsius, the weather department further predicted.

Adding to it, night temperatures are expected to increase by 3-4 degrees Celsius. Further, winter chill will again be experienced in the State in the next 24 hours.
