Jharsuguda: Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia will visit Jharsuguda tomorrow to attend the Udan Utsav program of the Union Government at Veer Surendra Sai Airport.
Union minister General (Retired) V K Singh, Airports Authority of India (AAI) Chairman Sanjeev Kumar and Secretary in the Ministry of Civil Aviation, Rajiv Bansal are also slated to attend the event.
All other 52 Regional Communication Scheme (RSS) airports will also join the Udan Utsav in virtual mode.
Meanwhile, Director of the airport, Pavan Kumar Zutshi, said that all preparations for the event have reached the final stage.
Minister Scindia is likely to declare something about the development of the airport and some new routes via Jharsuguda tomorrow.
