Cuttack: The Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Police Commissionerate arrested two dreaded criminals from the city on Sunday.
The arrested hardcore offenders have been identified as Ranjan Bhuyan and K. Muna Rao.
Informing about the arrest of the criminals, Cuttack DCP Akhilesvar Singh said the police arrested the duo during a search operation.
The Commissionerate Police also seized one country-made gun, two live bullets and a bike from the possessions of Bhuyan and Rao.
The DCP further informed that the wrongdoers, who have several cases pending against them at different police stations, will be forwarded to the court soon.
