What Is The RT-PCR And How It Detects The Covid-19 Virus:
Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) is a laboratory technique in which a sample is collected from parts of the body where the coronavirus gathers, such as a person’s nose or throat. The sample is then treated with several chemical solutions in the RT-PCR machine. It undergoes a number of changes and helps in detection of the virus, if present.
