Cuttack: An OHRC (Odisha Human Rights Commission) team made a surprise visit to the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Post Graduate Institute of Paediatrics, popularly known as Sishu Bhavan here on Friday, after numerous cases of infant death were reported in recent past.
The team, comprising of 8 members, visited the Government Hospital to observe the quality of services being extended to the patients, sources said.
The team inspected some official registers and asked the doctors concerned to ensure that the hospital provides better services to patients. Later, the team members also interacted with the attendants of patients.
