Odisha CM Lays Foundation Stone Of Joda-Bamberi Highway Through VC

Keonjhar: The CM of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik has laid the foundation stone of the Joda-Bamberi Highway in Keonjhar district of Odisha through video conferencing today. 

The Odisha Cabinet has approved construction of a 3-km long flyover on Joda-Bamberi Highway in Keonjhar with an estimated cost of ₹144.11 Cr.

The project aims to offer dedicated freight carriageway for vehicles carrying minerals. It will also reduce the traffic congestion and pollution in Joda town. 

The formal virtual foundation laying ceremony was held at the Darbar hall in the office of the Keonjhar District Collector.

The residents of Joda and Barbil will be benefited through this project. It will help in increasing connectivity and transport facilities.
