NCB picks up 5 students from Odisha over Ganja smuggling

 Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials from Bengaluru reportedly picked up five students from Odisha’s Koraput district on charges of smuggling ganja.

Koraput: Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials from Bengaluru reportedly picked up five students from Odisha’s Koraput district on charges of smuggling ganja.

Confirming about the development, Jeypore SDPO Harish Bisi informed that based on a case registered in Bangalore related to narcotics smuggling in the Siddhipur, a 15-member team of the NCB conducted a raid on a house in the Parabeda locality of Jeypore town of the district today and picked up five students for their involvement in the case.

According to police, the students were pursuing their studies by staying in a rented house.
