The incident has been reported from Kharia village under Kotinada police limits in Ganjam district. The bike of the youth has been recovered.
The body was spotted in a mutilated condition lying beside the road. The Kotinada police has reached the spot. The body has been recovered and sent for postmortem. The bike has been seized by the police, said reports.
The family of the youth has however alleged murder. The police is yet to ascertain the cause of death.
