Puri: The famous festival of Ram Navami is being observed amid strict Covid restrictions in the wake of the deadly Covid pandemic in the State. All the religious institutions have been closed down for devotees.
Awarded sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has created a mesmerising sandart to mark the occasion. He has shared a picture of the sandart on his official twitter handle along with the following message:
