Keonjhar: Two persons were killed and two others injured in lightning strike in Padmapur village under Anandpur police limits in the district today.
The deceased have been identified as Dusashana Naik and Bhagabat Naik of Baunshagada village. As per reports, lightning struck both of them while they were working at their farmland.
Both of them were immediately rushed to the Anandapur Sub Divisional hospital where both of them were declared received dead.
In the second incident, Lipun Sahu and Sarat Nahaka of Padmapur village were injured in the lightning strike. Both of them were currently undergoing treatment at the Anandpur hospital.
