Bhubaneswar: Yet another injury has been reported from Bhubaneswar due to kite flying thread on Tuesday.
According to reports, the youth received a serious injury as the kite flying thread laden with glass particles slashed through his neck.
The incident has been reported from Dumduma area under Khandagiri police limits in the Capital city of Odisha.
The youth was driving a two-wheeler when the kite thread slit his neck.
Locals immediately noticed the incident and rushed to help the youth, they took him to a nearby medicine shop where he was provided first aid.
The youth has been identified as Swayang Raychoudry. He is a law student, said reports.
