Puri: In a remarkable feat, more than a thousand volunteers came together to create a human corridor for ambulance movement on the Rath Yatra day here on July 4.
As many as 1200 volunteers, 10 organizations and hours of practice made this human corridor for free ambulance movement possible during Puri Rath Yatra 2019, tweeted Puri SP.

The Puri Police further expressed gratefulness to all devotees, volunteers as well as the government and private organizations for their co-operation, which made Gundicha Yatra smooth and accident-free.
It also solicited the same accord and synergy for days ahead till the ‘Niladri Bije’.
