Bhubaneswar: A major fire broke out in Ruchika Market near Baramunda Housing Board Colony of the state capital city this evening.
Though no loss of life was reported till the filing of this story, two shops were gutted in the fire. Property worth lakhs is assumed to have been completely reduced to ashes in the fire.

This is the second fire accident in the city market in last five days. Earlier, property worth lakhs was gutted in a fire mishap that took place at Unit-1 market on January 3.
