Driver killed as tractor meets accident in Odisha’s Ganjam district
The incident took place in the Gunthapallaba village under Gangpur Police Station limit in the district.
Berhampur: In a tragic incident the driver of a tractor was killed on Thursday in Bhanjanagar area of Ganjam district in Odisha after the vehicle met an accident. The incident took place in the Gunthapallaba village under Gangpur Police Station limit in the district.
The deceased is yet to be identified.
As per reports, the driver was driving the tractor in Gunthapallaba and was on its way to the village when the vehicle met an accident.
Following the accident, the locals rushed to the spot and rescued the driver and rushed him to the nearby hospital. However, the doctors there declared him brought dead.
After getting information Police reached the spot and started investigation. Further probe of the case is underway.
