Recently there was an encounter in Bhubaneswar that has prompted the police to become even more cautious. The police is checking vehicles and drunken driving is being closely monitored at various major squares in the city of Bhubaneswar.
Barricades have been put up at important marketplaces and major squares. The papers of the vehicles are being checked. The police are conducting foot patrolling in all the major slums in Bhubaneswar so that the illegal activities are checked and controlled.
