While Phulbani has recorded temperature at 8.5 degree Celsius, Daringbadi stood at 9.5 degree Celsius. G Udayagiri in Kandhamal became the coldest city at six degree Celsius.
With the cold wave prevailing in Kandhamal, parks and tea shops are witnessing crowd during the morning hours. People can be seen coming out for morning walk together.
