Kendrapara: Adding to his whirlwind tour of different districts of Odisha in past few months, CM Naveen Patnaik will visit Kendrapara district today to attend a ‘Mission Shakti’ conclave.
As per a communique from CMO, Naveen will arrive at the Siddha Mahapurusha Ground located in Baro village under Kendrapara tehsil, where all arrangements for a Regional Convention of women Self Help Groups (SHGs) under ‘Mission Shakti’ program have been finished, at around 11.45 am.
While over 1 lakh women are expected to attend the conclave from Cuttack and Kendrapara districts, around 20000 to 30000 women have already reached the venue this morning.
District administration has made ample security arrangement in and around the venue in view of the CM visit and leaving no stone unturned in making convention happen in a peaceful manner.
