Boudh: As many as 10 people have been injured in a road accident near Khajuripada on NH 57 under Purunakatak police limits in Boudh district of Odisha on Thursday night.
According to reports, the passenger bus named ‘Tirupati’ was en-rote to Bhawanipatna from Bhubaneswar when it collided head on with a truck in which 10 passengers were injured whereas three people sustained critical injuries.
On getting the information, Purunakatak police arrived at the spot and rescued the injured passengers. They have been admitted to the District Headquarter Hospital (DHH) for immediate medical treatment.
The cops have initiated an investigation into the matter.
