Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) reports 6 Coronavirus positive case on June 6

Bhubaneswar: 6 new cases of Covid-19 were detected in Odisha’s capital city Bhubaneswar in the last 24 hours.

According to reports by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on June 6, 2022 the cases reported in the city were local contact cases. Single positive cases were reported today from Sundarpada, Jagamara, CS Pur, Patia, Tankapani road and  Lewis.

With today’s development the total Covid-19 cases have increased to 1,56,704. The recovered cases are 1,55,385. The total deceased cases are 1193. At present, the active Covid-19 cases in Bhubaneswar stand at 105. The recovered cases in BMC in last 24 hours were 3.

Odisha on Monday reported 13 new Covid cases, informed the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department.

The positive tally stands at 12,88,517. Reportedly, among the 13 it is to be noted that 8 patients are in quarantine and 5 are local contacts. The active cases in Odisha currently stand at 93.
