Anubhav-Barsha dispute to be amicably settled at Supreme Court Mediation Centre?

Cuttack: Anubhav-Barsha dispute, the legal battle between the two leading stars of Odia film industry will be discussed at the Mediation Centre of Supreme Court on November 15. Actor and MP Anubhav Mohanty and his actress wife Barsha Priyadarshini will discuss the matter hopefully to amicably settle the issue. The date for this discussion has been scheduled at 2 pm on November 15.

As per reports, during the Mediation centre, Anubhav and Barsha will be present on Video Conferencing along with their coordinators to present their arguments.

This discussion will lead to the next course of action in this Odisha’s most discussed film star dispute case of this time where the two families are involved.

The next date of the case has been adjourned in Supreme Court on December 8.

Earlier, Barsha Priyadarshini had filed a petition to transfer the divorce matter to Cuttack that is pending now in the Patiala House Court of Delhi.  In the first hearing, the Court has stressed on mutual discussion among the two parties.

Earlier, the actress had also filed a domestic violence petition against her husband in the SDJM court in Cuttack.
