North Eastern Railway Gorakhpur (NER) has commenced the online recruitment process for 1,104 Apprentice posts.
The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Eastern Railway Gorakhpur (NER) has commenced the online recruitment process for 1,104 Apprentice posts. The selected candidates will receive Apprenticeship training, under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules 1962 in North Eastern Railway. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for RRC NER apprentice recruitment 2023 on the official website of RRC NER at- ner.indianrailways.gov.in. The last date to apply for the recruitment drive is till 6 PM of December 24, 2023.

RRC NER apprentice recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have passed the class 10th High School with 50% Marks and have an ITI Certificate in Related Trade / Branch.
Selection process
Candidates eligible for training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be chosen based on a merit list. This list considers the average of marks in both Matriculation (with at least 50% marks) and ITI examination, giving equal importance to both. Candidates can choose more than one unit or place.
Age Limit
Applicants must be at least 15 years old and not exceed 24 years as of November 25, 2023. Age relaxation available for reserved category candidates as per NER rules.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to General, OBC and EWS categories will have to pay an examination fee of Rs. 100. SC, ST and Women candidates don’t need to pay the fee.
