OPSC invites application for over 170 vacancies for Asst Fisheries Officer posts, Check eligibility, salary details

Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has invited application from eligible candidates to fill up of 177 posts of Assistant Fisheries Officer posts in Group-B of Odisha Fisheries Cadre under Fisheries and ARD Department.

Interested candidates can apply for the vacancies online on the official website- www.opsc.gov.in from April 4, 2022. The last date for submission of the application form is May 11, 2022.

Eligibility Criteria OPSC recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification:  

The applicant must be a Bachelor of Fishery Science (B.F.Sc.) from any recognized University in India or abroad.

Age Limit

A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not be above the age of 38 years as on January 1, 2022. Relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per norms.

Salary Details

Pay scale of Rs 44,900 in Level-10 of ORSP Rules, 2017 with usual Dearness and other allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.

Selection Process:

The candidates will be selected for the posts on the basis of written examination and Viva Voce test.
