CISF recruitment 2022: Applications invited for 249 Head Constable posts against sports quota; Salary up to Rs 81,100

Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has invited applications from Male and Female citizens of India to fill up 249 vacancies of Head Constable (General Duty) in Central Industrial Security Force against SPORTS QUOTA for the year 2021. Interested and eligible candidates can last date for submission of applications is 31st March 2022.

The recruitment is only for meritorious sportspersons who are either medal winner/position and/or participants as per Para-5(e).

The number of vacancies in each event as shown above are tentative and may change at any stage of recruitment process due to administrative reasons. Any change in the number of vacancies will be intimated by displaying the same on CISF Recruitment website https://cisfrectt.in.

Eligibility Criteria for CISF recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification:

Candidates who are applying for the Head Constable (General Duty) posts should have done Matriculation with 12th pass from a recognised educational Institution with credit of representing State/ National/ International in games, Sports and Athletics.

Age Limit:

The applicant’s age should be between 18 to 23 years as on 01.08.2021. That is the candidate should not have been born, earlier than 02.08.1998 and later than 01.08.2003. Age Relaxation is available for SC / ST and OBC candidates.

Pay Scale: 

Pay Matrix Level 4 Rs 25,500 – Rs 81,100 plus usual allowances as admissible to the Central Government employees from time to time.

Proficiency in Sports:

Individual Event: (i) Should have represented the country as a member of Senior/ Junior International tournament. (OR) (ii) Should have a medal winning performance in Senior / Junior National Games / Championship. (OR) (iii) Should have represented a State or equivalent unit, in National Games/ National Championship in Senior /Junior level. (OR) (iv) Any medal in all India Inter University Championship. (OR) (v) Gold Medal in National School Games/Championship.
Team Event: (i) Should have represented the country as a member of Senior/ Junior International tournament. (OR) (ii) Should have won any medal in the National competition at Senior/ Junior level.(OR) (iii) Should have represented in State team or equivalent unit, in National Games/ Championship in Senior/ Junior level. (OR) (iv) Member of medal winning team in All India Inter-University Championship. (OR) (iv) Gold Medal in National School Games/ Championship.

Selection Process:

All candidates who submit the Application along with requisite certificates in response to this advertisement by the closing date i.e. 31.03.2022 and time and whose applications are provisionally accepted and found to be in order as per the terms and conditions of this Notification, will be assigned Roll Numbers and issued admit card to appear in the recruitment process:

• Physical Standard Test (PST)
• Documents / Certificates Verification
• Trial Test
• Proficiency Test
• Medical Examination

Application Fee:

Rs 100/- for General / OBC category candidates.
The fee in the form of Postal Order/ Demand Draft from State Bank of India drawn in favour of the officer payable at the post office/ bank.
No fee for SC / ST and Female candidates.

How to Apply for CISF recruitment 2022?

Interested and eligible applicants can send the duly filled in application as per the prescribed format affixed with recent passport size photograph duly self-attested (i.e. not more than three months old from the date of publication of this Notification) along with admit card (Prescribed) may be sent to concerned authority latest by 31st March 2022 till 05:00 P.M and in case of residents of North East region by April 07, 2022 (05:00 P.M).
