Berhampur: In a tragic incident, a tractor lost control and overturned in Berhampur in Ganjam district of Odisha on Tuesday.
According to reports, two people died as the tractor overturned in Ganjam, and as many as 12 people have been injured in the accident. Reports say that the incident took place in Patrapur block Talaguradi road.
It is worth mentioning that the tractor overturned in Ganjam with the people were enroute a political rally. Detailed reports are awaited in this regard.
In yet another tractor accident, a six year old boy was killed in Puri district of Odisha on September 30 night during the immersion procession of Ganesh puja.
He died after getting crushed under the wheel of a tractor that was being driven by his father. The incident took place in the Dimirisona village under Bramhagiri Police Station of the district.
