The undertrial has been identified as Sukanta Bhoi. The reason behind the death is said to be a cardiac arrest. The body has been recovered and has been sent to Capital Hospital for postmortem, said reliable reports in this regard.
He was lodged in Bhubaneswar Jharpada jail since a long time. He had been arrested in connection with a dowry death, said reports.
