Bhubaneswar: The students of Odisha who will apply for +2 course in junior colleges this year will not be deprived of admissions, said School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Das.
Depending on the situation the seats will be increased in the necessary junior colleges, he added.
It is being considered to increase the number of seats by 10-30 % in various educational institutions.
The enrollment of students for +2 admissions is likely to begin from next week.
It is to be noted that this year the highest matriculation pass rate stands at 97.89 %.
In addition, the results of +2 examinations is likely to be published by July 31.
