Miscreants loot Rs 7 lakh from ATM in Balangir district
Some miscreants reportedly looted Rs 7 lakh from the automated teller machine (ATM) of the State Bank of India (SBI) in Balangir district of Odisha last night.
Balangir: Some miscreants reportedly looted Rs 7 lakh from the automated teller machine (ATM) of the State Bank of India (SBI) in Balangir district of Odisha last night.
According to reports, the unidentified looters robbed the SBI ATM situated at Sarmuhan of the district by breaking it last night. The matter came to light only when the bank employees had gone to put money into the ATM.
Soon, the bank employees filed a complaint at Patnagarh police station over the robbery. Based on the complaint, cops started an investigation into the matter.
Meanwhile, involvement of three people in the robbery is suspected, said sources.
