It is further worth mentioning that, the license of Boudh Distillery Private Limited may be revoked. The state Excise Department has started an investigation in this regard as to whether the license and agreement were properly followed.
A thorough investigation has been started by the Excise department in this regard, said reliable reports. On the other hand, the Income Tax Department raided the various addresses of Dhiraj Sahu and searched his house and seized Rs 353 crore.
A 12-member team raided Dhiraj Sahu’s Ranchi Lohardaga residence and are sure they will find a treasure there IT raid on Dhiraj Sahu. For this, the income department has checked the gold hidden using geo portable surveillance technology. This technique detects any metal within 20 feet of the soil.
While the investigation is going on vigorously, it has been reported that the Income Tax Department has issued a notice to Dhiraj Sahu and other directors of his company. Similarly, the Prosecution Office can make an entry in the case very soon. ED will investigate the money laundering under PMLA Act.
