Heavy rainfall in Odisha for next three days, orange alert to 9 districts for today

Bhubaneswar: A low-pressure area to develop over the Northern Bay of Bengal within 24 hours. As a result, heavy rainfall is likely to lash Odisha for three days, starting today.

The regional meteorological department has issued a yellow warning to fifteen districts in view of the very heavy rainfall today.

Several places in Odisha can also witness thunderstorms with heavy rainfall. Due to heavy rainfall tomorrow, the meteorological department has issued an orange warning to 9 districts and a yellow warning to 12 districts.

Additionally, a yellow warning has been issued for several districts and an orange warning for six districts due to the possibility of heavy rain on the 21st of September.

Additionally, the Meteorological Department has alerted that another low-pressure system may develop in the North Bay of Bengal in the first week of October.
