Cold Wave In Odisha: 10 Places Record Temperatures Below 11°C

Bhubaneswar: The temperature in 10 places of Odisha remained below 11 degree Celsius informed the official Twitter handle of Meteorological Centre Bhubaneswar.

As per the regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Daringbadi recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 6.5 degrees Celsius, followed by Phulabani & Koenjhar at 8°C, Jharsuguda, Sonepur, Boudh & Bhawanipatna at 9°C, Angul at 9.6°C, Koraput & Nayagah at 10°C.

The twin cities Bhubaneswar and Cuttack recorded a minimum temperature of 12.1 and 13 degree Celsius respectively.

Notably, the weather department had issued a yellow warning for Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Bolangir, Sonepur, Sundargarh, and Keonjhar districts today. Similarly, the warning has been issued for Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Bolangir, Sonepur, Sambalpur, Angul, Deogarh, Nuapada, Keonjhar, and Sundargarh districts on January 29 and Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Bolangir, Sonepur, and Nuapada districts on January 30.
