In a tragic incident, one businessman has been killed and as many as two others have been injured in Sundargarh of Odisha on Thursday.

Sundargarh: In a tragic incident, one businessman has been killed and as many as two others have been injured in Sundargarh of Odisha on Thursday.

According to reports, one goat trader has been shot dead, and two have been injured after miscreants open fired at them.

The incident took place during a loot near Tarini temple under Lefripada police limits. As much as Rs 9 lakh has reportedly been looted from the three of them.

The three were allegedly on their way to buy goats. Further detailed reports awaited in this regard. The police has reached the spot and is investigating into the matter.

The  body has been seized and sent for postmortem. Locals and eye witnesses are being questioned regarding this incident.
