Kota: An 18-year-old killed self leaving behind a note saying that she is taking this extreme step as a last resort in Kota of Rajasthan.
According to official reports, the teenager was living with her parents and was preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), which is scheduled to held on January 30.
The incident has come to the fore from Borkhera police station limits in Kota. Reportedly, the girl had completed her Class 12 in 2023 but did not get good marks, so she was giving dummy (mock) exams and also preparing for JEE.
Reportedly, the girl didn’t open her door, following which her family members broke it down. They also recovered a suicide note in the room which read, “Mummy papa, I can’t do JEE so I suicide. I am a loser. Worst daughter. Sorry mummy papa. Yahi last option he.”
After receiving information about the incident, police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for autopsy. The cops have also initiated a probe into the matter.
