Raipur: A BJP corporator, Manoj Prajapati, in protest against the municipal corporation spread mud all over the house. The Outlook reported that Manoj was angry because of the apparent lack of cleanliness in the city.
The incident occurred on Tuesday morning when the general meeting of the corporation was underway. BJP Corporators were protesting that the Chattisgarh Government and Raipur Municipality was not giving attention to cleanliness and sanitation in Raipur.

In midst of all this, BJP Corporator Manoj Prajapati arrived with polythene filled with mud and spread the sludge on the red carpet in front of the Chairman. Prajapati alleged that the Corporation is not working efficiently in his area.

However, later Congress councillors raised a protest against sludge spreading. The meeting was adjourned the huge ruckus during the meeting.
Congress is the ruling party of Chattisgarh with Mr Bhupesh Baghel at its helm.
