10 Killed, Over 25 Injured In Bus-Truck Collision On Moradabad–Agra Highway

Moradabad: At least 10 people were killed and  over 25 people were injured in a road accident between a mini bus and canter truck at Moradabad–Agra highway on Saturday morning.

The accident took place when the mini bus, canter truck and a third vehicle collided near Nanpur area under Kundarki Police limits in Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh.

Top police and administration officials including District Magistrate, SP and CMO have reached the spot. Relief and rescue work is currently underway.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 Lakhs each to the family of the deceased and Rs 50,000 each to the injured. He has also directed the officials to provide appropriate medical treatment to the injured.
