Bhubaneswar: Rama Devi (RD) Women’s University has begun this year’s online admission process for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and MPhil programmes on Thursday. Students can log into the official website ( www.rdwuniversity.nic.in ) of the first and the only women university to fill-up their applications.
Candidates willing to fill-up their application for 10 different PG courses – Biotechnology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Commerce, Economics, English, Hindi, Odia, Home Science and General Studies – can do so between May 24 and June 13.
They need to pay Rs 500 as application fee through net-banking or debit card using SBI e-pay while filling up the online application.
Later, they will have to submit the hard copy of their forms at the university office along with requisite documents between June 18 and July 3. The entrance test will be held on June 20 and 21.
Similarly, the University will receive applications for 20 undergraduate programmes in arts, science and commerce (as honours for 3 year duration) between June 6 and June 20.
Candidates have to pay Rs 300 as application fee while applying and submit a hard copy of their application at the University office by 5 PM between June 11 and June 28.
The University has also invited application for MPhil programmes (one year duration) in six subjects – Life Sciences (6 seats), Home Science (6 seats), Economics (4 seats), Odia (4 seats), Hindi (4 seats) and English (4 seats). While the registration for application will begin on June 19, it will conclude on July 2.
The aspirants have been asked to submit the hard copy of the registered application between June 25 and July 7.
The application fee for the programmes is Rs 500. The entrance test will be held on July 13.
